Situation

Riverview Cottage is a black and white semi detached flat in the middle of the village of Colmonell, converted in 1998 from the former village shop to form high quality holiday accommodation.

Accommodation

The accommodation, all on one level, comprises Hall, Kitchen/Living Room, Bedroom and Shower room.

The open plan Kitchen/Living Room is comfortably furnished for your holiday stay, with fitted oak kitchen units and a small dining area with pine table and chairs. There is a fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, as well as all the usual useful cooking implements.

The Living area has a settee and chair with a display unit and colour TV/video. There is a wonderful view across the valley of the River Stinchar, with the picturesque ruins of Craigneil Castle and the surrounding hills.

The tastefully coordinated double bedroom has a bright fully tiled en-suite shower room.

Off road parking is available near the front door.
