Situation

Hillview is a detached black and white cottage in the village of Colmonell, converted in 2001 from and unused building. It sits in a private garden on the edge of a quiet and exclusive small caravan site.

Accommodation

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a Kitchen, Lounge, Bedroom and Bathroom. The fitted Kitchen is well appointed with fridge, washing machine, cooker, toaster and microwave oven. There is plenty of worktop space and all the appliances you will need for your holiday cooking needs.

Off the Kitchen is the sunny Lounge and Dining area. The large south facing window has a wonderful uninterrupted view across the valley to the hills and the ruin of Craigneil Castle. There is a settee, pine dining table and chairs, TV and fireplace with electric fire.

The double Bedroom also has a south facing window and is comfortably furnished with matching white furniture. There is a fully tiled Bathroom off the bedroom with bath and basin and heated towel rail.

Cars can be parked off the road on the driveway beside the cottage, and there is garden furniture provided on the patio area.
