Situation

Carlenrig is a pretty semi-detached cottage in the small hamlet of Poundland, about one and a half miles outside Colmonell. It has views across the River Stinchar valley to the hills, and the garden backs on the fields.

The cottage is freshly decorated and is furnished and carpeted to a high standard.

Accommodation

On the ground floor is a sunny south facing Front Porch, with cane seating, leading to the Hall. The spacious and comfortable Lounge has a 3 piece suite, colour TV and video. A bookcase has a small selection of games and videos. There is a separate Dining Room with pine table and chairs leading through to the Kitchen. The oak fitted Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.

Downstairs there is also a sunny double Bedroom and a fully tiled Bathroom, with shower and heated towel rail.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with wonderful views across the valley to the River Stinchar and the surrounding countryside. There is one double room and one twin room, and a separate toilet with WC and basin.

To the rear of the cottage is a secluded paved garden interspersed with beds of colourful plants and shrubs. There is outside seating and a clothes dryer.

Off road parking is available for 2 cars, one in front of the cottage and one in the garage.
